That doesn't look fair but what can you do ? It`s their decision,we can't argue with that although it isn't fair. Other players have done worst things and they haven't been suspended. We have similar situations in almost every sport. -

Kobe has a history of swinging his arms wildly right after he releases a shot in an attempt to make contact with part of the opponents body in an attempt to get a foul call. Did he mean to hit Manu in the face, probably not, but he definitely deliberately swung wildly in hopes of making some contact. He did the same thing last year in the Utah game and got the call at the very end of the game from doing that. His shot missed at the buzzer, but he had swung his arms deliberately hard into a player two feet from him and made some contact and got the free throws to win the game, it was the worst call ever."WTF, on google you can find the answer to every question in human history, EXCEPT how to convert cams..

He did the same thing in the San Antonio game last week. He didn't elbow anyone, but he flung his arms wildly after launching a 3 at the buzzer and almost knocked out Manu Ginobili. I guess San Antonio complained and the refs were watched his dirty play even closer all week.
Reggie Miller used to do that on all his shots. He wildly kick out his legs in an attempt to hit the defender. He usually got the call too, until the moron refs figured out what he was doing. But Reggie was another dirty player.

Michael Jordan used to get away with all kinds of push-offs, holds, and steps, in his day too - if anything, stars in the NBA have a greater license to stretch the rules, and only get the occasional reprimand when it is blatant.

And excuse me, but if you EVER played basketball you'll know there's no way in hell that you'd fly like a butterfly to fall after a shot... unless you mean to hit another player.
The next play after that he fouled Horry with no call, he shown his tongue to him and the camera catched him. After that, he was asked about it and he admitted he fouled Horry. When asked about the elbow "accident" he said "no comment".
I admit I'm really surprised that he was suspended, yet he REALLY deserved it
