Agreed. I don't care if she's 35, I just don't think that if she looks like she's 35 she should be in the teen area.

I once shot a model (cynthia pendragon), she was pretty hot, but surely more in the young milf category, she had informed us she was 25 (or mid 20's), when we got her id, we realized she was early 30s and we objected as we had booked a model who had claimed to be atleast 5 years younger. Her argument was that she did not look like a 30some female..we still shot her and she looked great, but not 25..
The point is that some models who are 19, look like 28..and yes not very frequent but sometimes a 25 yo model comes around who looks 22 and after we have put on her make up and wardrobe, certainly she looks 19 exactly..
I am not sure if even the agencies list the correct age of their models..obviously over 18.
