Security Systems, access contol, surveilence cams, fire systems and other related things.

That's what I did before this biz, so I'd probably be doing that.

Monthly rebills with monitoring their security. Not unlike this biz. $30 a month per customer. Have my clients sign a 5 year deal, sell it to the banks for the first 3 years upfront.

Easy money.
