I have millions in traffic from the Stern Fan Network. NOT HOWARD STERN direct site but from his satellite fan base sites. Averaging 20m hits a month combined.
Also have other Sirius radio traffic approx 3-4m a month hits from well known radio host, with male audience.
Also another Sirius radio site is 2-3m a month hits from another well known, male audience
Taking:

pops
flash
etc
no active X, etc.
Prefer SOFTCORE adult - radio show sites have right to refuse an ad, especially if hardcore.
This traffic is best for a site than runs a fine line between mainstream and adult or who has a tame front end, ie. Video Rental companies, Solo girl soft, etc. But tell me what you have and maybe it will work.
This traffic is not cheap but it is targeted to Males averaging 35 years of age.
