You can't win an argument, or even have a logical debate, with a half wit. Trying to, will only get you more pissed off, so again, it is best to just ignore him, or consider him a whipping post for your own pent up anger, as he seems immune to insults anyway. He likely can not process the sarcasm, so you don't have to feel bad about anything you say to him.

To his defense, he did recently go to a shrink to have his head examined, but unfortunately the doctor found nothing there.
