Looks like someone made a screen shot of a nice site that used flash, then pasted the graphics in photoshop and did a bad job of compression in the wrong format. You dont screen shot an image with less than 256 colors and make at jpeg. Actually if the whole screen shot had more than 256 colors, then you could have sliced up the images. But wait, where in the hell did you go wrong and decide to compress that site as jpegs?

Australia's beer reserves would be depleted, birth rate would go fucking apeshit 9 months from now ... and alot of the newborn citizens would look like this
