pr 4 is crap, anybody can get a pr 4, don't think you've made it big with a pr 4, go for 6 or 7 then you've got something

that is ok.. I have traffic.. why this traffic can't convert, it is strange but I do better results with galleries and any other traffic source..
is that mean that blogs sucks.. lol

Winter sales are low for me too.

Keep working on them ( SE optimizing, keyword stuffing, link popularity building ) and the sales will come.

because it takes time - I'd say about 8 months at least to see if your blog will get picked up by the SEs

also 16 blogs is way too little - IMO it's much easier to have gazillions small(er) sites than few big ones, so if 16 blogs make you 100 bucks a month profit then 400 should make you ~ $3000.00

Antonio you are right with gazillions sites, the worst thing is that this will cost $$ for domains and $$ for staff to maintain them.. these 16 sites + 25 thumbloggers takes 3-4 hours daily of my assistant. That mean I have to hire squadron to run all these sites.. I am not sure how they will works with 1-2 updates weekly, that can optimize the process and save time. My server's support diffidently will hates me if I run 400 domains on 1 server hehe...
