I do like salmon, tuna, and the normal ocean dwelling fishes.
However I really like trout specially rainbow or brook, wide mouth bass, catfish, and even bluegill (though it is boney). Carp can also be good again if someone knows what they are doing and also it is boney.
Though the all time best tasting fish in the world is whatever you caught yourself that very day.Comment

Had me some charbroiled swordfish at the Keg one time... it was to die for.
I love a good salmon steak done on the barbecue, that too is to die for.
And I've had some pretty incredible shark steaks in the past, lightly breaded, lightly cooked.... amazing.
Kingfish is always good.
But my alltime favorite is good ol' Manitoba Pickerel (aka: Walleye) .... light, not too fishy-tasting... It IS one of if not THE best tasting fish in the world.Promote Wildmatch, ImLive, Sexier.com, and more!!

The selection of fresh fish, and seafood is rather limited in finland.
Basically we can only get:
Salmon, trout, pikeperch (walleye), pike, perch, whitefish, flounder and some trashfish that aren't good eatin'. I occasionally buy frozen tunasteaks and make them, but they're not comparable to fresh ones which I see at our local supermarket occasionally (at 40 euros per kg).
But my absolute favorite fish is mackerel..too bad that it's also not a local fish, and we rarely get it fresh here.
I personally love Salmon and trout.. however walleye, pike and perch all taste wonderful when caught them yourself.
Whenever I take a trip to the mediterranean I endulge myself in shellfish, calamari and other seafood since we don't get them in finland.

turns out that theyre farming cobia now for commercial use because their solitary nature makes them pretty much impossible to catch efficiently. I can bet that the wild ones make much better eats than the aquaculture ones, though.LOVERCASH.COM
