    Legal question

I'm going to be in Louisiana on other business and will have to continue to work my adult site while I'm there. Was wondering if anyone could tell me what the local laws might be regarding this or point me towards someone who could.

    Thanks in advance.

What do you mean about continue to work on your sites ? Programming, graphic design or content production ?

I can tell you that content production involving penetration outside of California and New Hampshire might be considered illegal and can be prosecuted under a theory of prostitution.

Huh, didn't know about that tidbit (yes i said tidbit) about New Hampshire. Good to know! But I would look it up in the statutes, I would have posted a link but I do not yet have 30 posts. You can ICQ me if you would like me to send it to you or just google for the state laws.

It's in there somewhere probably! Happy Hunting!

Feel free to take a tour of my site and check out the kind of content that I create. It's all synthetic, digital bondage art. I do have a lot of penetration and forced sex portrayed. Most of my work while in Louisiana would involve creating more of these images and uploading updates of existing artwork to my site.

I am not looking to skirt the law or even dabble in the gray areas. I want to be legal all the way.

I have not posted enough to leave a link to my site here, but you can visit it at

Thanks for the help and input,

There are no statutes on porn production in any state. Porn production in both California and New Hampshire were deemed a protected First Amendment right by way of state Supreme Case law. Porn production has never been codified -other than the First Amendment.

I've never been to Louisiana. Interesting.

Oh, I didn't mean for production. I would assume there is something in there about obscenity, transferring obscene materials etc etc, but you would probably know more about that then I.
