delivery depends on how much you target it, if you only pick United States then delivery will be slower but 1000 visitors on United States only for a popular niche should be no problem in quick delivery, text link traffic is better quality than skimmed traffic but has a slower delivery rate as an actual click has to happen to receive that visitor, I am currently using Traffic-Out geo targeted United States only traffic and Juicy Ads site targeted traffic and am happy with both. A few others to look at...

1000 uniques of skimmed traffic will cost a few bucks... I don't know if a broker would even let you do such a small order...

hi what does skimmed traffic mean ? are these popunder ads that everybody closes ? my experience with such traffic was that it doesn't convert very well.

i mean, i want to advertise my blogs and shit, but would like clicks from people who is interested in reading it....

delivery being slow, how slow is it ? i mean i am fine with having 1000 US visitors delivered in under 24 hours.

also, someone told me a while back, some traffic brokers are shit and dont convert....anyone remember which one to stay away from ?

Skimmed means blind clicks from TGPs, every 3rd or 4th click on a thumb gets sent to a trade, or a traffic broker.

I don't know about staying away from specific brokers, but I can tell you that you'll probably need to try many different sources to find the best source and/or mix of traffic for YOUR site.
