They should of done like a medium gray background and start with like a blue text, then white part of the way down the page, then orangish and purplish text after that. Maybe even throw in some yellow text towards the bottom for fun.

Ok my guess is its the flash header having issues in IE. Someone take a look at that. It sits at loading, and since it refreshes the same as the page does that is what the problem is. Fix the flash issue in the header.Comment
