    Damn so many INTERESTING movies this year... look at this list...

    Just spent some time on Apple.com checking out all the trailers for upcoming films, man there's some promising stuff!

    Fantastic 4: Rise of the Silver Surfer
    Trailer looked real good, Silver Surfer looks excellent... should make for a nice story, hopefully better than #1

    Shooter
    I'm always down for anything involving snipers, plus I'm starting to like Marky Mark.

    300
    Just looks mindblowing, if you haven't checked the trailers yet do so now.

    Shrek the Third
    Ok maybe a third one is a bit too much but it's always good for a laugh.

    The Simpsons Movie
    Between a rock and a hard place, just hilarious.

    Wild Hogs
    Interesting combo to have John Travolta + Martin Lawrence + Tim Allen+ William H. Macy. Trailer looked fun.

    Spider-man 3
    This one looks better than the last two, let's hope they get it right this time.

    Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
    I just wanna see how ridiculous this is gonna be

    Transformers
    Really wondering how they're gonna pull this off graphic-wise, should be quite a job to make it look realistic.

    Bee Movie
    Hey it's Jerry Seinfeld, gotta be funny right.

    Evan Almighty
    Steve Carell is hilarious, Lauren Graham is funny. Bruce Almighty was good. Hope this is gonna be a winner.

    Pirates of the Caribbean 3
    Well I just wanna know how this ends, plus Johnny Depp as Jack Sparrow never gets old, it's just brilliant.

    Ocean's 13
    Included this because it's one of the many "3's" this year. Some people just drag it out way too far.

    Any comments, Can anyone tell me where to find good info on films in production/coming out later this year?

    Also Iron Man next year... can't wait.

              to be honest, only 4-5 of those interest me....2 years ago I would have been all over that list, but with the recent surge of artsy crap that has been released and called "amazing!!!", I am weary of most new movies

                  I know what you mean, that's why I checked all the trailers and judging from the trailers everything on that list looks promising. Some movies still disappoint though but there are a few winners in there for sure.

                                                  I've got news for you. It doesn't end with 3. They are making a fourth one right now as we speak. Greed got the best of them when the first one unexpectedly took off, first as a movie run then with tremendous DVD sales, then the second one smashed records and became the 3rd top grossing movie of all time behind Titanic and Lord of the Rings: Return of the King. So when Pirates started leaving the Star Wars franchise in the dust popularity-wise, they decided to make a fourth, and there may even be more after that one.
