As mentioned, there is no license transfer fee. The sites were posted for sale in

If someone buys the sites with Strongbox, Strongbox can be moved to a new server
with the rest of the site. Like any script, you'll want to pay attention to permissions
(chmod) and ownership (chown) to make sure that any scripts, including Strongbox,
still work after the move. Since Strongbox uses all relative paths rather than
absolute paths, it's normally not even necesary to update any configuration.
Detailed instructions on how to move sites that include scripts are in the Strongbox
wiki.

If Strongbox is sold seperately from the sites, the same instructions from the wiki
talking about preserving permissions (chmod) and all apply just the same.
You'd just copy over only the Strongbox directory and the .htaccess without the
rest of the site.

If you have trouble with the move, which might be the case for people who don't
feel comfortable following instructions that include using SSH, we can just
re-install Strongbox for you and it's a $20 labor fee. That also gets you the latest
updates, of course.

If you do the move them to a new site yourself you'll just want to contact us and
let us know because we do monitor who uses Strongbox in case someone decides
to try using a pirated copy. We wouldn't want to accuse you of software piracy
becuase we didn't know you bought his licences. Even if someone buys the whole
site, it would be good to email us so we have your email address in case of an
important security update or something. There has been one case of that before and
we emailed every webmaster with the URL of the automatic upgrade script.
