I've just finished optimising my join pages so i havent seen that much scrubbing, but it may be due to the better ratios i'm seeing across the board after changes

The scrubbing or whatever their problem is has gotten beyond a joke, my Verotel stuff keeps rolling along nicely

but Scrubill is scrubbing their way out of business..

And before some smartass comes on and tells us it's our fault and change our methods etc, understand that we use sponsors that use other processor, we use the same methods and they convert consistantly fine.

I checked again , the verotel sales are the same, merchant are the same.....it's only CCBill.
if this goes on I'll drop ccbill, and I won't be the only one.

a ccbill representative should provide a diplomatic response to this right about now

Their idea of a diplomatic response is to come in here and say they are not seeing any issues...I know dozens of webmasters who have dropped them and are now pushing sponsors that use other processors like Verotel...

all they ever say is 'sorry, we have no issues right now', apparently every client is wrong... ccbill are killing our programs and fail to acknowledge it, if they are not careful they will be out of business...
