Not unless the account has been verified. I signed up in September and they never bothered to verify my account even though I sent in the documents, sent various follow up emails and even sent 3 joins.
I have also hit them up on ICQ a few times and have been completely ignored.- As soon as I think up a good sig it's going here.Comment

I assume if they care about you or your traffic they will contact you. They haven't bothered to contact me or or reply to my queries in the last 5 months so maybe they are looking for bigger affiliates.
There is bound to be someone on this board that knows them and will notify them that you are trying to get in touch, but once again, if they don't care, or they don't want your traffic, there's really nothing you can do.- As soon as I think up a good sig it's going here.Comment
