IMPORTANT

Dear Webmasters,

Please be informed that the Hippocrene Enterprises Limited (the Company), owner of NeonCams.com and NeonDollars.com is no longer contributing with the Neon brand and to its affiliate program. The webmaster program is permanently closed on NeonDollars.com, effective immediately and the NeonCams.com brand (including the domain, the models, studios, agents and member database) has been acquired by a 3rd party.

Please note that from now on the Affiliate Software is no longer accessible which means that you are not able to modify any data of your account and it does not track visitors, joins and sales anymore. The actual Affiliate and Tracking database has been saved on the 3rd of March from which we will calculate your earnings.

Please note that according to the Affiliate Program Agreement all earnings under the $100 limit should not be paid out. However the Company decided to compensate its affiliate partners by the following rules:

* Accounts with at least 1 sale from the 1st of March 2009 and...
* Accounts that have been logged in to at least once since the 1st of September 2009
* Accounts with Epassporte payout setting will be paid above a $50 balance
* Accounts with Cheque payout setting will be paid above a $50 balance
* Signup Bonuses will be not credited to any of the accounts which have not reached the required $500 payout limit
* No transaction fees will be deducted from your earnings
* All payments will be sent until the 25th of March 2010


The Affiliate Program Agreement between You and the Company is now null and void.

Thanks for the heads up. I have an old Neon Cams whitelabel that's still online and working fine. Unfortunately it points to camsitecash, and I don't have an account there.

i have to give credit to Videosecrets, despite what happened a while ago. I have spenders of 2004-2005 coming back month after month. And their cobrand system is high state of the art. For the rest, i dont not go deep into live cam sites anymore cause they keep on changing the TOS and rules. It looks like VS is not doing that kind of stuff, so i give my credit to VS for this. Also Cams.com never did anything to fuck me also

Props for those 2 for staying loyal to their affiliates, it seems the oldest players are a little more relax and do not need to fuck the affiliate to stay in the market.

End of my personal Opinion

What a pain.

It was a trap from of day one.

They only thing they ever had in mind was pumping it up with as many affiliates as they could and sell it off. They used a lot of own money in begin to " spend " on their own site so model managers we`re kind of tricked in thinking a lot of sales could be made, this explains why so many models we`re up in the begin. They did a huge promo under the Romanian webmasters and model managers, it was out of proportions.

I dropped them months ago.

Too many fuck ups and problems with them. Used to convert pretty well though, but that is probably like what you said Tjeezers. They were buying themselves.

Oh well so long Neon!

They we`re never intended to stay, they aimed on BOOMING it and then selling it.

Hope they got jackshit for it, and that program that bought it, i don't trust it, it was a setup deal from off day 1

New webcam sites need to pump in a lot of own money. I stopped believing the new ones they all want to be just as big as AWE or Cams or VS, whomever, and they find themselves broke soon, cause it toke above portals MANY YEARS to get where they are now.
