Nope.
You will come to find in time those things will be secondary to things that truly matter and keep you sane. Some things that come to mind... no fighting of the same bullshit day in and out. Appreciation of silence and being left alone. Mild agreement on topics of interest. Someone to have a remotely intelligent discussion about life's issues, politics, money and the world as it effect you.
In the grand scale,... most of the things you've listed you will find are secondary priorities if they even make it that high over time.
