haha I think you will die a single man with those high of standards! I know cause I am the same way.. But the thing is I'm fine never marrying again. I'm 39 and was married for a year at the young of 21. I love having my hot fuck buddies that are great in bed but head cases in personalities. I've gave up looking for the perfect girl and if she wants to find me AWESOME but till then I'll still have fun.
also my perfect girl I don't care if she can cook or clean.. I'm not a slob and I'd enjoy a micro wave dinner or eating out just the same..
