I would obviously be in a very traumatized, irrational, and emotionally unstable state if such were the course of events...
and logically realize that me making any decision of that nature wouldn't be wise.
I feel too many "feel good" laws are passed because upset parents go on a legislative vendetta and use their sob story to rally support. One of the biggest problems in this country.
