I got a lot of traffic submitting to the webcam category (on those that had it) since my blogs are aimed mostly at this niche. I don't know about any other categories (though I just submitted a shemale blog and, like yourself, it has yet to get anything back). That said, I think that it depends on how many sites have been submitted in the category and where they place the link upon approval.
