i've since moved into phase 2- starting off with 10 minutes of exercise daily, bumping up the # of times i would do this daily to 4, i did this for 3 weeks to get my metabolism kick started and am now at slighty higher than required daily calories and doing p90x, which i am now in week 2.

LOL. So you killed your body/nutrition until you dropped a significant amount of weight and now you are working on building back up? That's kind of funny.
