I agree with you until part where I can't say something(I never said I will do anything else except that) so ofcourse I can say and I am doing exactly that: Thank you JMBSOFT for copying things from us.

It's what happens in this biz and every other unless you have a patent on the concept. Someone comes out with an idea then, others take the idea and add in their own.
Someone built the first trade script that everyone else copied. Your script has ideas and functions that come from other scripts. Your script would have never been possible with out the ideas that others had in the past.
Unless they copied your code or unless you own the patent for your functions then there isn't anything you can say about someone else using your ideas.
Just the way it is, like it or not.
