I think its very believable that Bush commando ninjas could sneak into the busiest site in NYC every day for months with tons of explosives and drilling equipment, and hide the miles and miles of wiring behind some desks while the workers were at the water cooler or making copies. It's also believable that none of these Ninja/Engineers blew the whistle on the whole thing over the guilt of killing thousands of Americans. It's highly probably this plan could executed to perfection by an evil, sneaky regime that wasn't smart enough to hide some old WMDs in the Iraqi desert to justify a war. I believe all of that, as crazy as it sounds.
