You found the best, IMO. I once wrote my own for a special project and then thought about commercializing it. Frame Shots is so ahead of the curve (including DRM support, which requires a special blessing from Bill Gates himself) that in the end it wasn't worth it.

A little hint: if you install ffdshow and enable FLV playback via DirectShow you can then grab screens off your Flash vids (and in fact play FLVs through Windows Media Player, should you want to).

There are some issues with frame-accurate positioning as the FLV decoders don't support seeking to a frame that isn't a keyframe. Most Windows Media formats do, which is why you can choose arbitrary timepoints for your screen grabs.
