For example, a user posts they have domain whatever.com and he's willing to pay $100 to the best submitted idea on what to do with the domain. People submit their ideas, he chooses the winner and pays. Or someone says they have $xx,xxx to invest in ideas pertaining to "whatever". They offer $100 to the best idea. You get the idea.

Sounds like a contest thread.. we all know how those end sometimes.. Someone will offer 1000 for great ideas to do with their domain, copy and paste all the ideas from people.. Choose none as a winner.. then split to open a new account.. use all the ideas
