Noticed that someone has a duplicate transaction, but there's no "refund" button next to them in My Sales. How do you refund a Euro DD transaction?

I think it's more likely to be some sort of transaction error (either actual or perceived by the customer) since the login created by the first transaction hasn't been used. I'm not sure if verotel auto-refund unused logins, even so it's probably better I pre-empt that and refund the charge ASAP.Comment
