exactly! I can understand people asking what the best editing software is for... cause it's a complicated deal but "How to move files from iphone" is just a simple google search

some have spyware, some install viruses

ok then if you want my opinion on the matter.. I say get rid of that iphone if you don't want to be controlled by itunes and get a real phone like a android

I simply connect my usb cord and can copy and paste any files i want back and forth

SBJ, itunes doesnt control you----there are 100-200 other programs to use...

a real phone? what is the android?` never heard of it? is it out yet

Depends on what you need to do but iphone browser does pretty much everything, freeware too http://code.google.com/p/iphonebrowser/
