Since he listed most of the best stuff, I'll add to go to sea world at Siam Paragon and dive with the sharks (for a fee). Check out a snake show, and drink some snake blood mixed with rice wine. Byoke is the tallest building in the city, check it out at the top at night, amazing view. In the mornings, if you are athletic, hit Lumpini Park and do some Tai Chai with 100s and 100s of Chinese / Thais. Take a boat out on the Chao Praya river and break off onto the small canals. Hit the zoo and feed the giraffes (very cool).
