This definitely ain't a good thing for anybody. No matter the outcome, the media will make this sound like all of us are bad guys.
And even if DirtyD is found "innocent", it won't matter. He is ruined. And our business will get a further black eye. And the stupid 2257 laws will be re-written again to make it even harder for honest people to make a living in adult.

I think it still has fmltube written all over it, especially after the revelation in this article that police acted after receiving a letter. Perhaps it was a letter from Amsterdam or wherever he/she is or claims to be.
If it was fmltube, that leads to a second question ... do we really consider him/her to be a industry person? He/she had a tube site where far too many of the sponsor vids didn't even match to the appropriate link codes. That site didn't last long. At the time we were told that it came down because something better was coming ... just visited the site and it redirects to the ******** post about Kelsie Cummings.
