Plugs work, however...if you continue to loose hair, the plugs stay in and look weird. Seen it happen. So unless you have money to invest later on as well, don't bother!

I looked into this and then quit everything. I need to do something.

You do the plugs and drugs. Propecia to keep what you have and the plugs to replace what you lost. Every ten years or so you will have to redo the plugs. The reason i quit is the new gf is a nympho. We had a discusion where it was sex three times a day or hair and i chose the sex.

well , to be honest with you theres really nothing you can do about losing your hair

maybe transplantation will help - thats the only real stuff thats worth getting, forget about magical shampoos and shit like that

don't spend money on it
just take control over the situation and either shave it all off or just keep it short

Yeah, I gotta agree with some people here and say "try shaving".

No matter what you do, it will be apparent to all the people you already know. Just like dyeing grey hair, you ain't foolin' anyone. And if people you don't know happen to notice, what kind of first impression do you think you're making with them?

I use the faux hawk comb over method when it is long enough but am looking at transplantation in the not too distant future.

Pills will stop your hair from falling...but they wont grow back !

Someone mentionned Propecia..which works perfectly but I would go with Proscar - ask your doctor about this one - it has the SAME exact active ingredients than Propecia, only 5 times more concentrated : So you cut your pills in 5 (or 4 and take a day off) and you also cut your bills in 5 for that matter...

Proscar Is mainly for the prostate, but its the exact same thing as propecia...

Plus you wont have any prostate problems in the future...lol think of it, you're winning any way !

Oh and you know that loss of hair is due to too much testosterone...so don't freak about it, it only means you're a real man !

I have seen some really bad plugs and I am not sure if pills will replace hair or just stop it getting worse. I have seen some pics from Internext and know that many off you are experts.

The only FDA appoved drugs that can help fighting hair loss are Propecia and Minoxidil, Tricomin hair spray also helps but i advice you to visit doctor first before you take any action.

a good friend of mine tried transplant...
but it kinda failed and now he has some small dots on his head...
so it's now it looks maybe worse than before...
