How about Godaddy suspends a domain for one complaint from Myspace over 1 EMAIL that was part of a mailing list archive and not sent from the suspended domain? The owner of that domain didn't do anything wrong and his domain was suspended.

And what about ICANN taking action on Godaddy's 60 day prohibition of transfers which is against ICANN rules?
