Yes, you can get Civ IV for Mac. I don't believe they have released Civ IV Complete (initial plus two expansions with the
separate game Colonization) for Mac so to get the full game, initial game plus two expansions, you will need to buy these two. Civ Gold which has the initial plus the warlords expansion and then the Beyond the sword expansion. Well worth it IMHO.
