He has been able to make around the $300-400/month range from AVNAds alone with only using RSS or sponsor content packs that he uploads into his custom script. He also posts a few sales a month to the sponsors that provide RSS and content. I believe its under 10 sales a month though.

The site has earning potential of alot more if someone was to work on it more with hardlink exchanges, etc. Plus he has never sold off hardlinks or anything which could easily fetch atleast $20/mo or more per hardlink.

you sure he makes that much with avnads? all link spots are open, stats on avnads show 110 unique users per day and an average cost per click of $1.54

I think AVNAds trends that for potential buyers. Also AVNAds are only on small areas of the site.

I have the log files that show an average of 4000 pageviews a day throughout the entire log.
