Illegal Aliens ask undercover ICE agents for day job

    http://www.washingtontimes.com/metro...3339-1860r.htm

Sort of makes me think that they would be able to catch thousands of illegals just by going out and buying a bunch of pickup trucks, filling them full of dirty, and picking up guys to "work on stuff". if they did that every day at know day labor sites, they would probably catch more illegals than anything... and really make that standing on the street corner shit a thing of the past.

According to some CNN coverage, it seems that behind closed doors the Government is pushing for open borders because it's apparently good for industry (or some industries).

What is clear is that the Government is not interested in sending illegals back and that these illegals want to work.

There was actually a town around here that passed a law making it illegal for the illegals to stand at the town square waiting for jobs. Of course, the ACLU jumped in, got the law reversed and actually set up signed areas for them to gather along with getting donated free food and beverages. Two wrongs apparently make a "right".

Why not punish the people that hire them? If there weren't any jobs them gawd damn beaners wouldn't be in your redneck shithole.

They won't do anything around here unless there are 16 or more illegals in one spot.

I didn't make the rules. I think it would be great for them to punish those who hire them, but it won't happen. It wasn't in a redneck shithole either - it was in one of the most affluent areas where you can bet tons were working for pro athletes, government officials, large corporate owners, etc.

If there's work that needs to be done why punish the people that want to work? Georgia's numerous welfare recipients aren't exactly lining up to do it.

You need to make a decision on which side you're on

I'm on the side of poor people being allowed to work. I am for immigration reform that makes work permits easier to secure.

The words "illegal" and "mexican" are not interchangable. If it's allowed, no one will be illegal.

Agreed. It's all in who you vote into offices - national AND local
