Go to transfer domain menu in other registrar, type in you're odmain name, new registrar will contact name.com, they will send you e-mail to registrant e-mail adress (contact you use in name.com) where you confirm it.

It take 2-4 days. Enjoy ;).

I'd suggest Moniker for registrar, they are secure, reliable and have reasonable prices.

I don't have much experience with Name.com, but can say that some registrars have no means to speed up the transfer process, which means it can take as long as 7-10 days for the transfer to fully complete. I think Moniker is one of them i.e. transferring domains AWAY from them, you have no means to speed up the process so they're always going to take a long time.

Overall you just have to make sure that:

              1. The domain is unlocked.
              2. You get the auth code for the domain at Name.com.
              3. You order the transfer at whichever registrar you want the domain at.
3b. If transferring to GoDaddy, they add a gay extra step where you have to confirm the transfer in your own GoDaddy account before it proceeds.
              4. You complete authorization of the transfer when you are emailed asking to approve or decline the transfer. You can't ignore that email - you MUST approve the transfer.

              Hope that helps.

              And to zabijaq:

Make sure domain is unlocked and your whois info is up to date, the email noted on the whois info is where they will send the EPP code for your transfer.

new registar will send aproval email, name.com will send an email with something like this:

name.com received notification on Friday, Feb 26, 2010 that you have requested a transfer to eNom, Inc. for domain.com. If you want to proceed with this transfer, you do not need to respond to this message. If you wish to cancel the transfer, please click on the below link before Wednesday, Mar 3, 2010:
