Let it go, man.
Is it really worth stirring up a bunch of shit over, what, $100 or so (assuming an average monthly charge of $30-35)? Especially if some of it could land you in court?
Talk to whoever does your credit card processing, and have them take a closer look at the customer's previous transactions, and whether or not there's a history of chargebacks. If so, it's up to them to blacklist her, NOT you.
