I've got to throw in here that in the story the cops said that the guy (and I guess it was an employee as well) knew the girl was under age and that she had a fake ID that he knew about. He supposedly asked her "Do you have your fake ID?" I don't know who this guy is and I don't care, but there are too many girls who've had their 18th birthday around to do this sort of thing and anyone in the biz for any legth of time would just find one of those, because this will always come back and bite you on the ass as soon as the video gets published and her mommy sees it. (AND EVERYONE KNOWS THIS BY NOW!!!)
I think that this smells of cop fiction to get a conviction.
It even said that the cops were present during the scene.

Well if the cops were there why did they let the 17 year old get fucked? Wouldn't they have stopped it? (Of course I may be reading this wrong, but that's what it says.)
Either way, it sucks for him 'cause he (most likely) shot an under age girl and is gonna go through hell for it, mistake or not. I'm just sayin' you can't beleive everything you read.
