Go around the web and signup for every newsletter, offer, poll, etc and use her email addy. Sign her up for weird shit like 'The National Society Of Inhuman Sexual Attractions' etc. Got her address? Contact the post office and change her mail so it's sent to a women's prison. Know where she lives? Contact her local utility, phone, gas and electric companies and tell them you're her husband and the two of you are going on vacation for a month so you would like your service suspended. Take out an ad in her local paper, with her name, etc, saying 'SCAMMER'. Oh, I could go on and on.....
