I worked as a bouncer and the law was clear.
If I told someone to back away from the door or leave and they didn't then they were tresspassing. I could use force to remove them from the property. The cops backed me up 100% every time.
If the bouncer/security says move then anyone not moving is a stupid motherfucker because they will lose.
And people need to think more. I would tell people to move because of a fire hazzard. If they didn't move and a fire killed people, I would see to it that the motherfuckers went to jail for the liability.Done.Comment

security guards have a right to arrest people. If i was in a mall, and someone wanted to take pictures of me.. i'd be pissed enough to take the camera, and break his face. If i was worth millions and millions.. i would get the mall security cops to do it. I think it would be deemed "harrassment" in the mall, and they have every right to arrest them.

A mall isn't public property unless the city owns it. A security guard employed by a property owner has the right to ask anyone to leave. If they do not do it, they can be legally detained until real cops arrive to arrest them for criminal trespassing. That's the way it works here anyway.I like pie.Comment

I have security at my house since all the trucks slamming into my garages and shit... and guess private property I told him to shoot the shit outta any trespassers that don't leave.... the photogs are in the wrong in this case plain as day... if you think otherwise then your one of the photogs then... bottom line.... the security gaurd yelled back up at least 4 times that I really heard.... thats 3 times to many to tell him...Comment
