                  Because man, as a species, (and for that matter any other species) lives in a hierachy as we are not equal.

                  If all laws were abolished, yes we would have anarchy. For about a split second.

                  Someone will be faster/smarter/bigger/stronger and have some form of "control" or "power", and then it will no longer be "anarchy" as per its definition.

                  What im trying to sugarcoat here is that anarchy is nothing but a transition-phase. And a very short one as well.

                  EDIT: Nm, its just a song. A pox on me for actually beliving people was that stupid
