I got the domain when I first started shooting her for DVD work. Then started shooting for the site the next month, Jan 2006. I have a program in beta right now and have several sites that I have opened since then, and still have a schedule of sites to open. I can't simply open them all at once. You know how that is. You make a plan and stick to it. I had no idea this was going to happen, otherwise it would have gone to the front of the line. Everyone who shoots over there in our circle knew she was my project so I didn't see any problems or reason to change my plan.
Trust me, if I had thought one of the guys I supported and trusted was going to do this, the site would have already been open.Comment

Plus being in a 3rd world country, there is no telling what is going to happen to this model so I wanted to shoot a full 2 years worth of content and updates before I opened in case she went MIA, which has happened with models I have worked with in the past over there.Comment

I approached Dallas with all of the different avenues of resolution I could think of; purchasing his content, working together on a site, putting up two sites and selling as a partnership betwen them. I even mentioned selling our content to him.

I'm sure you can conjure up a FINANCIAL solution. Outside of that, you fucked me. Plain and simple.
Paying me off, offering DVDs rights, or whatever you want to offer does not change the fact that you did this and violated the trust I had, and totally destroyed the massive amount of respect I had for you.
Unless you can walk on fucking water and create miracles, there is not a solution to this. Believe me when I say that this is the last thing I wanted, because I really don't need the hassle right now, but wrong is wrong and I'm going to call you out on it.
Admit you fucked me, right here to everyone, and come clean. Then and only then are we going to move forward. It's not going to make you look any worse, but you will at least take the stripe, put it behind you, and move forward. You can put an end to this with one post.

It's not like Thailand has a nice track record with westerners whom break the law in their county. Without some exclusivity with the model, this is the risk you took. The model knew what you were up to, yet still shot for someone else. At a certain point, the issue is of your own making, and you need to accept at least some responsibility for the situation. You should feel lucky that it is someone yu feel you can call out on the boards, rather than someone a little bigger than you tell you to just blow away.
Remember, too, tattling to the Thai authorities would have to start out with "I met this model that I shot nude on my last trip to thailand" which would pretty much put you in the same leaky boat.
I think both of you need to man up and work out a solution that doesn't involve dropping bombs on each other's head.Comment
