    Dear barack obama,

    On behalf of the legal citizens of the United States of America, I place you under citizens arrest.

    You have the right to remain silent and refuse to answer questions. Do you understand?

    Anything you do say may be used against you in a court of law. Do you understand?

    You have the right to consult an attorney before speaking to the police and to have an attorney present during questioning now or in the future. Do you understand?

    If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you before any questioning if you wish. Do you understand?

    If you decide to answer questions now without an attorney present you will still have the right to stop answering at any time until you talk to an attorney. Do you understand?

    Knowing and understanding your rights as I have explained them to you, are you willing to answer my questions without an attorney present?

    The charge is: Usurping the presidency of the United States of America!

                      You know, as much of a leftist as I am, I can understand where a lot of the right-wingers are coming from with their ambivalence towards social services, welfare, and the like. They tend to view things of that nature as handouts, and incentives to not further ones self. To some extent I partly agree.

                      Some of these guys are just so out there I really can't understand what their agenda is exactly. It just sounds like pure ignorance, and hate. I'm pretty sure the right isn't exactly happy these guys even associate with their party. Extremists these are an embarrassment to any group.

                      Mr Obema, How long do you think you can decieve the American people about your true birthplace Kenya, which disqualifies you from being President according to the constituion? How long will it take for the American people to see your true alligence to communism and to see that you are really a homosexual? How long do you think that it will take for the American people to see that your policies will destroy this country? Do you really think the Ameican people are so stupid that we will just go along with your radical agenda and follow you just like dumb sheep? Americans are a freedom loving people and sooner or later most everyone will see you are the worst so called president the country has ever had!

                                          Yes, and I'm pretty sure a citizens arrest also needs to happen in the presence of a police officer with a sworn statement that a crime has actually been committed.
