An Ode to KlenTelaris
A week or so ago I needed a SD Guru to handle a move of SiteDepth to a new server.
For those who did not know, Omar has sold SiteDepth to a new company. I had talked to them on ICQ prior to this, and they had told me to submit a trouble ticket and they would help. I sent in three of them over two weeks. Never had a reply (apparently support was broken) so I posted a GFY thread, and a dude named KlenTelaris posted a reply.
I have seen him around the boards, but honestly never knew who he was, or what he did. Not offense to him, I simply never paid attention. He is, self described, as a jack of all trades.
Anyway, he managed to take control of this issue and get the SD moved, and set up. We ran into many many bumps along the way and he never lost contact, or patience. He methodically worked through the issues as each new problem arose in solving this move and configuration to the new server until completed.
Anyway, I like to reward those who have done good work for me, and offer them up recommendations for others and work. This guy went well beyond what we thought would be a quick move, and handled it like a champ.
