I am getting married in May and I would like to try and lose about 25 pounds by that time.
I currently weigh about 195 pounds, which is very heavy for me. I uses to be able to stay at around 165-170...but lately I havent been staying very disciplined.
So, im wondering...what diets and/or exercise have worked best for you guys??
Do you have any suggestions for me to help me successfully attempt to lose that much weight in the next 3 months?
