I *hate* exercising, but this program kept me motivated. Like I say - we followed it religiously for the first 2 months, then slowly started slacking off cuz we were happy w/ the results. Highly recommend it!
Exactly!! I couldn't believe the amount of food they were having me eat on P90X (I believe I was in the 2400 or 2700 calorie category when I started). I had never eaten that much in my life - it was tough to choke it all down!! BUT - like DLXphil says - the weight came off!

gotta love tony! i've done p90x once a year for the past 3 years, will be starting it again in ~2 weeks. it is a system that i find motivates me as well. i experienced the same losses in bf %s, going as low as 16%, which was frustrating for me, every time i want to get it much lower.
so this year i dieted 1st, now my bf is 11% as i go into a p90x plan, goal is 8-9% bf.
it is a ridiculous amount of exercise, that's why the cals can go down the hatch and fat is still lost.
i really think my earlier post suggesting this program is the best way to go, assuming the level of ability allows for an immediate start eh.
