I *hate* exercising, but this program kept me motivated. Like I say - we followed it religiously for the first 2 months, then slowly started slacking off cuz we were happy w/ the results. Highly recommend it!

Exactly!! I couldn't believe the amount of food they were having me eat on P90X (I believe I was in the 2400 or 2700 calorie category when I started). I had never eaten that much in my life - it was tough to choke it all down!! BUT - like DLXphil says - the weight came off!
