A friend of mine who i trained started off about 165, at 5'7 she was a girl, obviously a little heavy, she was on 1600 cals a day and now sits at 125 pounds. The lower u go with the calories the worse it will be, he needs more frequent meals, id say about 2000-2200 calories, 400 calories a meal 5 times a day. thats more than enough to keep you full, and you will lose weight. Losing that amount of weight in 90 days without clenbuterol, steroids, ect and still maintain a healthy physique is close to impossible.

i'm with you, in retrospect, i prolly posted it more to show the extreme level that would have to be hit to reach the goal than as a viable 90 day plan.
while doable, it's quite difficult.
