He has a few programs, mostly it focuses on body weight exercises, push ups, squats lunges, etc. but more advanced stuff with dumb bells. It's all about short intense workouts. Getting the heart rate up really high than coming down. I get my whole thing done in less than an hour.
I started doing 4 sets of these at home
