my diet so far today, it's 1:45-

1 cup oats with 2 scoops muscle milk lite protein

4 oz sirloin 1/2 cup peas 1/2 cup corn forzen/nuked


2 tbsp peanut butter/banana

2 scoops muscle milk lite + 1 tbsp udo's oil

left to eat

4 oz salmon pattie, salad, protein shake. all complex carbs consumed in the am
