hunger is a state of mind. it goes away when you think of something else and in the case when your body really is hungry, a small snack or meal is plenty.

you can satiate hunger with 250 calorie snacks and sub500 calorie main meals, i do it all the time, every day.


if you are serious about losing 25 pounds of flab in 90 days you are going to have deal with feeling hungry, it's not a biggie.
